These Terms govern your access to and use of Joblira. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Joblira.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Joblira. Businesses must be authorized to act on the organization’s behalf.
Joblira connects workers and employers. We provide tools for matching, communication, escrow, and dispute resolution, but agreements for work are between the worker and the employer.
Employers fund jobs into escrow before work begins. Funds are released to the worker when the employer approves the delivered work.
Escrow, payment routing, and reconciliation are processed through Vatous infrastructure.
Posting is free to start. Service fees and subscription plans are shown clearly before you commit and may be updated with notice.
If a disagreement arises over delivered work, our structured, time-bound dispute process applies before funds are released or refunded.
You may stop using Joblira at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform and its users.
Joblira is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, and the “last updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
